Duluth residents will have to wait another day to find out who won the City Council Post 4 runoff election as the city has to count the ballots for a second time.

Manfred Graeder held a narrow four-vote lead over Brandon Odum after the initial vote count on Tuesday night. Graeder received 460 votes while Odum received 456 votes.
