Truth Bomb Academy was co-founded by two friends and business partners, Katrina van Oudheusden, [Chef Katrina] and Heidi Mummau. These two come from diverse backgrounds in business. Heidi is a real estate investor, small business owner, bookkeeper, homeschool mom, grandmother, and CFO of Truth Bomb Academy. Katrina is a former Disney chef and restauranteur, turned small business consultant, top Pinterest Marketing strategist, and CEO of Truth Bomb Academy.
Chef Katrina has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs over the last 15 years with many going on to build six and seven-figure businesses in their respective industries. In the last few years, her focus has shifted to supporting more female entrepreneurs. Chef Katrina and Heidi noticed a gap in female entrepreneurship that wasn’t being addressed.
Embracing technology Katrina and Heid have developed the Truth Bomb Academy app and community to become the home of female entrepreneurship. Truth Bomb Academy is the first-ever business training designed to include the female hormonal cycle. What we didn’t know about being a woman in business is that we are guided by our emotions and the four powerful phases of our Infradian rhythm. As women learn to sync with their cycle and energy, they reduce stress, create time, and see significant financial gains in their businesses.
Beyond the business, Katrina and Heidi both love to travel. Heidi enjoys visiting her family and spending time outdoors. Katrina enjoys ballroom dancing and cooking for family and friends.
