Yesterday, District 3 Commissioner Jasper Watkins III presented a proclamation in supporting Operation Green Light, a National Association of Counties initiative, for Gwinnett's veterans. The Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center will be illuminated in green as part of Operation Green Light for veterans, and the weeklong observance will conclude with our Veterans Day Ceremony this Saturday at 11:00am at the Fallen Heroes Memorial in Lawrenceville
