www.GoodMorningGwinnett.com The Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office is renewing a partnership with the United Way of Greater Atlanta to help homeless people who are being released from the county's jail better their lives.
County commissioners approved an agreement between Sheriff Butch Conway's Office and the United Way on Tuesday to reduce recidivism of homeless inmates through the Gwinnett Re-entry Intervention Program. The sheriff's office and the United Way have working together on the program since 2012.
